- Member agrees to pay $20.00 per month per membership and a one time $10.00 set-up fee per membership. No monthly membership fee or one-time set-up fee will be refunded.
- All required fields on sign-up forms must be completed in full and your first payment must be made online to finalize a new membership purchase.
- It is the responsibility of the "member" to pay all membership fees to The Recover Company before the end of each month.
- All personal membership fees are withdrawn monthly from your bank account as an auto-deduction reoccurring charge after your initial online sign-up. By giving us your private bank information you also agree to allow The Recover Company to withdraw the membership fee from your bank account every month.
- There will be a $15.00 overdraft fee for insufficient funds. The membership fee and the amount of the overdraft will be removed prior to the deposit of additional rewards to that card. It may be removed from any of the memberships of that card until the overdraft is paid in full.
- Overdue, late, or missing membership fees will result in the automatic termination of each and every membership associated with those monies due and will be removed from the RecoverCo matrix.
- A member receives only one RecoverCo Rewards Card but may have several membership associated with their one card.
- All membership rewards will be deposited on members RecoverCo Rewards Cards by the 10th of each month.
- You must maintain a minimum balance of $10.00 on your RecoverCo Rewards Card.
- Members may cancel membership at anytime with no penalty. Send your notification via the Contact Us page.
- If a membership is cancelled either voluntarily or due to missed payments, monthly RecoverCo Rewards Card rewards will be terminated on the date of cancellation.
- All member data will be kept confidential and will not be sold, shared or rented. Minimal member information will be shared with our vendor Visa Inc. only at the time when they become involved in order to load money on to your rewards card.
- Members are solely responsible to keep track of and pay any taxes that may be due as per financial rewards received.
- The Recover Company reserves the right to refuse membership to any individual, business or non-profit organization.
- Any person agreeing to these terms and conditions understands that this is a voluntary program and with any purchase of a membership there is always the possibility that you many never receive any financial rewards. Furthermore as a member you agree to give up any and all rights to cause legal action against The Recover Company or any individual employee of The Recover Company.
- The Recover Company has the right to update and or change the terms and conditions at any time without notification. Furthermore The Recover Company may change the benefit they now offer at any time without notification whereas The Recover Company determines the new benefit will be an overall improvement for the members as a whole.
- If your RecoverCo Rewards Card is lost or stolen the replacement fees are theMember’s sole responsibility. Fees will be paid directly to "Giftcards.com." See FAQ number 15 for reorder details.
- When you sign-up for a membership, if you do not choose a draft date when we can withdraw your monthly membership fee, the day of the month you first signed up will become your draft date by default. This date can be changed at any time in your member profile.
