| Question 1: Does RecoverCo have access to our account? |
| Answer: When you purchase a membership RecoverCo enters you in the next position of our steps, and as soon as you start to earn rewards a bank account is opened to deposit your rewards for you to spend, RecoverCo has the access to deposit money only; RecoverCo does not have access to withdraw money from your account or view your account information. |

| Question 2: Can I send extra money to be deposited on my account? |
| Answer: No, remember the $20 payment is not deposited in your account, it is a membership fee, only rewards earned from RecoverCo's Personal Benefit are deposited in your account, rewards earned are deposited before the 10th of each month. |

| Question 3: Why didn’t my debit card work when I wanted to make a purchase? |
| Answer: When making a purchase with your RecoverCard, members must use the credit button. The RecoverCard is a debit card in the fact that there is no credit available on it, but it is processed on the machines as if it were credit, so the card can only be used at machines that process credit cards. Some ATM's and POS's (or point of sale locations) will only process debit cards your RecoverCard will not work at these machines. Ask cashier if they process credit cards before using the card. |

| Question 4: This looks too good to be true, what’s the catch? |
Answer: Many things look to good to be true when you first see them, making a phone call from your car seemed too good to be true only a few years ago. I wish I had a dollar for every cell phone out there today. At RecoverCo you are buying money on a Card. We have shown how the money is calculated by using the steps, auto-purchase and rotation, numbers can't lie. The money is available. The catch is you have to wait for it. You don't get money as soon as you sign up like with credit cards. But you don't have to pay it back when you start receiving rewards.
